Every API route an agent can pay for from one balance. Names, routes and prices come from the registry on Robinhood Chain, and volume from the settlements themselves.
Services and routes are read from the Poncho registry. Volume adds up every Settled event that names a service and pays its owner, so a note settled by anyone else never counts toward it.
